“ This is my go to place! I found this place after my original spot closed for renovations but when they were complete, I stayed here. They are incredibly quick with my take out orders. They have an amazing lunch deal which I frequently take advantage of when I work from home. They treat me like family and greet me each time I am in like they know me which is so nice. Highly recommend and will continue coming back! ”

Very busy on a Friday night with many to go and delivery orders happening at the same time as people waiting to be seated. Next time I want to sit in the dining area, but it was fun at the sushi bar with all the activity. Sushi was really tasty and well presented, probably ordered too much. ! ”
“ Cute little sushi restaurant. They have excellent lunch deals during the week. I had the lunch special with nigiri, shrimp tempura roll, and teriyaki chicken. Also was served miso soup. The nigiri was super fresh, large pieces of fish and slightly sweet rice. The shrimp tempura roll was also delicious and topped with a soy-like sauce and spicy mayo. Teriyaki chicken was hot and fresh with a couple pieces of chicken, but more cabbage and onion. Service was very prompt, since the restaurant was mostly empty. My order took probably less than 10 minutes to arrive. My total with tax tip ended up being about 20, which was a very good deal for so much fresh sushi. The restaurant did have a bit of a musty smell, but sushi was fresh. ”
“ I am thrilled to leave a review for Hakuya. I am about 8 months pregnant and although my doctor cleared me to eat “cooked” or vegetable sushi rolls, throughout my pregnancy I have been airing on the side of caution in fear of cross contamination. HOWEVER, my husband and I went to Hakuya and I informed the owner that I was pregnant and he had my rolls double cooked and told the kitchen I was pregnant so they would take all the proper precautions for me. I not only felt safe eating here, but the quality of sushi was phenomenal. I am so happy to say we will be returning customers! I’m just sad I hadn’t gone here sooner!!! ”
